Terms & Conditions
1) Minimum 10 pax are required for a party booking.
2) A non-refundable deposit of 50% from the total payable must be paid to secure the
party slot/room.
3) No refund will be given in the event of changes/cancellation.
4) Any changes on the number of guests is NOT allowed 3 days before the party (Surcharge apply for cancellations 2-1 days before the party). Additional guest/participant on the party date is subject to full walk-in price (admission ticket) and availability of food.
5) All guests entering the activity park must sign off the waiver form and possess a valid
admission ticket/wristband.
6) No alcohol drink is allowed.
7) No outside food/drink is allowed, except for birthday cake.
FAQ
1) Can I extend the party room time?
– Sure, you can! The charges are RM500/hour based on availability.
2) Can I bring my own cake?
– Sure, no additional charges for cakeage.
3) Can parents join in without being part of the package?
– Family participation is our DNA. We do highly encourage the parents to play
alongside the kids. Price will follow the normal admission price.
4) Can I select a mix of party packages?
– Sure, we are happy to meet your request if you are able to meet the requirement of
minimum 10 pax.
5) Can I decorate the party room?
– Decoration won’t be necessary. You are welcome to visit us and we will show you
the room to decide.
