What is SuperPark Malaysia doing to ensure guest health and safety during COVID-19?

Are there any activities closed during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO)?
To ensure the activity park follows the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by the relevant authorities. Below activities will close off to the public till further notices. Activities involve:
- Kid’s Adventure City
- Ice Skating
- Ninja Track
- Partial closure of Trampoline (Kid’s Trampoline and Trampoline foam Pit)
I have tickets for both sessions, can I stay inside the park during cleaning time in between session?
No, you must exit park turnstile during activity park’s mandatory cleaning and disinfection. You can re-enter the park after the cleaning is done and when the new session starts.
Can I top-up my ticket should I want to stay longer in SuperPark Malaysia.
Top-up is available at our reception/ticketing counter depending on park capacity, please check with our friendly crew more details.
Do I need to pre-purchase my ticket or I can purchase during the visit date?
No compulsory pre-purchase required however we strongly recommend guests to pre-purchase online to avoid disappointment as we currently practice reduced capacity during RMCO.
I purchased my tickets during MATTA Fair in September 2019, do I get an extension for my tickets?
All tickets purchased during MATTA Fair September 2019 will be extended for free until 31st December 2020. Kindly bring your original vouchers for redemption to entrance ticket at our reception during the date of visit.
How does the closure of SuperPark Malaysia impact Annual Pass holders?
All active Annual Pass holders will receive an extension of three months from its original expiration date. To understand further, please email to email@example.com or contact our guest relations officer.
With the new SuperSession in place, how does it affect our admission to SuperPark Malaysia?
To better facilitate the disinfection routine and additional precautionary measures, SuperPark Malaysia has established the new SuperSession. For current Annual Pass holders, the entries will be as per below:
Annual Pass holders will need to exit turnstiles like the rest of the guests during the compulsory cleaning procedures in between each session.
