What is the operating hour?

Can I (a Parent) drop off my children in the park?
No. You are not allowed to drop off your children in the park without any parent/guardian present. Children aged 12 and below are not permitted in the park WITHOUT any PAYING parent/guardian present. (Parents or guardians must be at least age 18 and above, and PURCHASED ticket for entry
I have tickets for both sessions (or the WHOLE DAY session), can I stay inside the park during cleaning time in between sessions?
No, you must exit the park turnstile during the activity park’s mandatory cleaning and disinfection. You can re-enter the park after the cleaning is done and when the new session starts.
Can I wear shoes or regular socks at SuperPark?
Only grip socks (socks with rubber layer underneath) are permitted in SuperPark. Grip socks are available at the ticket counter.
You may wear your shoes for the activity for Clip n’ Climb.
Reminder: Grip socks are OPTIONAL and are included in the ticket price. Grip socks are washable and reusable for the next visit.

Can I top-up my ticket should I want to stay longer in SuperPark Malaysia?
Top-up is available at our reception/ticketing counter depending on park capacity, please check with our friendly crew for more details.
Do I need to pre-purchase my ticket or can I purchase it during the visit date?
We strongly recommend guests to pre-purchase online to avoid disappointment as we currently practice reduced capacity to ensure more enjoyable playing time for all SuperParkers.
Can I use my previously purchased tickets before the Movement Control Order (MCO)?
Tickets purchased before the Movement Control Order (MCO) will not be entertained NOT be entertained after April 2022.
Can I get a refund for my previously purchased tickets?
No, we do not offer any refund in our policy. But, you may email us at redeem@superpark.com.my to RESCHEDULE. Kindly provide any documents and receipts relevant to the purchase for more inquiries.
What is the minimum age entry requirement?
The minimum age requirement for our tickets is 3 AND ABOVE. Children BELOW the age of 3 (2 and below) do not require any tickets for entry BUT must be supervised by parents on our premises.
Can we purchase ticket other sources?
Aside from the SuperPark Malaysia website, guests can also purchase tickets through Klook. Please note that any tickets bought from THIRD PARTY -SOURCES not associated with SuperPark Malaysia will be the responsibility of the guests. We will continually update additional sources for purchasing tickets as they become available.
