Is SuperPark Malaysia Closed?

SuperPark Malaysia will temporarily close starting Wednesday, 18 March until further notice.

When will SuperPark Malaysia reopen?

While we continue to monitor the situation closely, SuperPark Malaysia is extending the closure of our premise until further notice. Updates on our activity parks’ operation will be communicated via our official website and Facebook/Instagram.

What is SuperPark Malaysia doing to ensure guest health and safety during COVID-19?

Here at SuperPark Malaysia, the safety and wellbeing of our guests has continuously been our top priority. Thus, in response to the recent outbreak of Novel Coronavirus (COVID – 19), we have put in place precautionary measurements to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. Compulsory temperature checks and hourly sanitisation will be conducted for all guests visiting our park. The frequency of disinfection across the park has been increased.

Will I get to extend/refund my tickets?

If you have tickets dated between 18 March – 28 April 2020, you may email enquiry@superpark.com.my with your name and order number, we will assist you on your case. Please note that our team is working through an unprecedented number of reschedules and refunds thus you might expect a longer than usual process.

I booked my tickets through another seller/website, how do I proceed on the request?

If your travel plans were arranged by a third party, including and not limited to travel agents, travel booking websites, or other businesses independent from SuperPark Malaysia, you will need to contact the respective suppliers to directly understand their policy and any applicable fee (should there be) for changing or canceling

How can I extend/get refunded on my group/school/party packages?

If you have packages dated between 18 March – 28 April 2020, you may email enquiry@superpark.com.my with your company/school/party name and invoice number, we will assist you with your case. Please note that our team is working through an unprecedented number of reschedules and refunds thus you might expect a longer than usual process

How long will it take to get my tickets/package refund?

Due to the high volume of traffic, guest may experience delays in response time. However, depending on the credit card issuers, it may take up to 4 weeks to reflect on your statement.

 

Annual Pass

How does the closure of SuperPark Malaysia impact Annual Pass holders?

All active Annual Pass holders will receive an extension of two month from its original expiration date. To understand further, please email to enquiry@superpark.com.my
